The honest pitch: This is not Corralejo. It is quieter. You can work without noise, sleep, wake up, and be at a deserted beach in 10 minutes. If you want to bar-hop every night, look north. If you want to actually be productive and explore a real island, this is the right base.

Common questions

We have a full self-guided video tour (see above) that covers every room, the kitchen, bathrooms, terrace and the outside of the complex. We also have an extensive photo gallery in the application form. If you still have questions after watching, WhatsApp us directly — we'll answer same day.

The first step is a short 2-minute enquiry form — just your name, contact details, which room you want, your dates, and a line about why you're coming to the island. No documents at this stage. If there's a mutual fit after a quick conversation, we'll ask for the required documents (ID, proof of income) to proceed with the contract.

Yes. High-speed internet is included in the flat utility supplement. The house is quiet and the area is residential — better for working than a tourist zone. The airport is 15 minutes away, and you have fast access to both the north (Corralejo) and south (Jandía) of the island on weekends.

This is a seasonal rental contract under the Spanish Civil Code (Arts. 1542–1582). It is not a tourist rental and not a long-term residential tenancy. Duration is strictly 3 to 11 months. You must have a permanent home address outside Fuerteventura and a valid reason for your stay (remote work, temporary job, studies, etc.).

A deposit of 1 month's rent is required at contract signing, refundable at the end of the stay subject to the inventory check. You can then pay monthly or for the full stay upfront (the latter gets priority consideration). The standard utility supplement (€60/month) is paid monthly alongside rent and may be adjusted only if excess household consumption arises under the rental conditions.

Yes — Rooms 1 and 2 can accommodate two people. A supplement of +€80/month applies for the second occupant (to cover the additional utility usage and wear). Room 3 is single occupancy only. Both partners will need to be named on the contract and provide their own ID documents.

Most people who stay here are remote workers, seasonal tourism staff — hotel reps, resort animators, excursion guides, kitesurf instructors and similar — or people who have just moved to the island for a new job.
