2.2 Submitting forged or misleading documents (e.g., falsified payslips, fake employer letters) constitutes fraud under Articles 248 and 395 of the Spanish Penal Code (Código Penal) and may be reported to law enforcement.
2.3 The Landlord reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any document submitted at any stage of the process, including after execution of a contract.
Completing and submitting this form creates no obligation on the part of the Landlord to offer accommodation. This is a pre-screening process only. A binding tenancy agreement is formed exclusively upon execution of a written Contrato de Arrendamiento de Temporada signed by both parties and receipt of the required deposit.

All text, photographs, floor plans, branding, and other content on this website are the exclusive property of Fuerteventura Residence and/or the Landlord, protected under Spanish and EU intellectual property law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, displayed, or adapted — in whole or in part — without prior written consent. 7.1 Property descriptions and photographs are provided in good faith and are believed to be accurate, but do not constitute a legally binding representation of the property's condition or specification.
7.2 The Landlord is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from reliance on information presented on this website, including travel bookings, shipping of personal belongings, or other commitments made before a contract is executed.
7.3 In no event shall the Landlord's aggregate liability to any individual applicant exceed the total amount of any deposit actually received from that applicant.
These Terms of Use are governed exclusively by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or from the pre-contractual information provided herein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Puerto del Rosario, Fuerteventura, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
The Landlord reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version in force at the date each application is submitted shall govern that application. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the then-current Terms.
